Will Brite Bird damage my roof or fascia?+
No. Our track mounts to the underside of your fascia or soffit using stainless fasteners sized for your siding type. The track is hidden from street view, the bulbs clip in and out, and removal leaves only small pilot holes — the same as any fascia-mounted hardware. Every install is covered by our 5-year workmanship warranty.
Is it actually on all year, or just the holidays?+
All year — that's the whole point. During the day the track disappears into your roofline. At night you pick a scene: warm-white for everyday curb appeal, team colors on game day, full RGB for the holidays, or off entirely. One system, 365 nights of use.
Can I see it on my house before I commit?+
Yes. Every estimate includes an on-site walkthrough where your installer measures your roofline, previews scenes on a sample track, and gives you a firm quote. No pressure, no deposit required to see it in person.
How does it hold up in snow, rain, and heat?+
The bulbs are IP67 rated — fully sealed against water ingress — and the track is UV-stable aluminum. Rated operating range is -40°F to 150°F. We install in every major US climate, from Phoenix rooftops to Minnesota eaves, and the 5-year warranty covers weather-related failures.
What if I sell the house?+
The warranty transfers to the new owner at no cost — most sellers find it's actually a selling point. The app account transfers with the property, and we'll walk the new owners through setup for free.
How long does installation take?+
A typical single-story home is done in 4–6 hours. Two-story and larger homes run a full day. Most estimates come back within 48 hours of your walk-through, and installs are usually scheduled within 2–3 weeks depending on your market.
Do you offer financing?+
Yes — we partner with GreenSky and Synchrony for 12, 24, and 60-month plans, with approved buyers starting at $0 down. Your installer can run a soft-pull pre-approval during the estimate so you know your options before you commit.
What does the app do?+
Everything. Pick from 200+ preset scenes, build your own colors bulb-by-bulb, schedule events on a calendar (holidays auto-populate), set sunset-to-bedtime timers, sync lights across multiple properties, and control it all from iOS, Android, or voice via Alexa and Google Home.
